Advice: you have to switch to iframes because FB wants to move from FBML to iframes(iframe tutorial) so they began by removing (add to my page) option but you still can edit the exist tabs.
BUT STILL there is a way to add FBML tabs and here is the links but as i told you u must switch to iframe because we don't know what FB can do with FBML in the coming time.

2-How to insert an animation to fbml? In iframes you can put any type of animations and it will work, but for FBML i searched alot and i didn't find a way how to insert .gif into fbml all what i find ,i found animations in .jpg and it works fine in fbml like those you just put the code as you insert ordinary image.
